During the next weeks, Year 7 students will be looking at how to use the particle model to explain structure and properties of matter.
Content will include – The particle model, changes of state, expansion and density.
Experiments will include – Recording observations from ice to steam, Ball and Hoop, Bimetallic strip and Density of cubes
Homework will include – Density of cubes practical report, mustard seed investigation (see below post) and any work not finished in class.
